These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cdaji ("cdaji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cdaji website located at https://cdaji.net, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the cdaji platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the cdaji platform and close your account.

cdaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any amended version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the cdaji platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

The cdaji platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, sports bet, or promotional offer available on cdaji. This age restriction applies without exception to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account on cdaji, you explicitly confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing cdaji voluntarily and entirely of your own accord.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or in a professional gambling capacity for another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

cdaji strictly enforces age verification. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance review. Acceptable identification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority.

If cdaji determines at any time that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of active play, we will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and gameplay conducted during the underage period, and forfeit any associated balances in accordance with our legal obligations. cdaji takes the prohibition of underage gambling with the utmost seriousness.

To access the full range of cdaji services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and is open to eligible individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Account Creation

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided at registration and throughout your account lifecycle remains accurate and up to date. cdaji is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active cdaji account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where cdaji detects the existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first verified account will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and balances may be forfeited at cdaji's sole discretion.

KYC Verification

cdaji reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (NID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by cdaji may result in temporary restriction of account functionality including withdrawal processing. cdaji's KYC procedures are in place to protect all players and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cdaji login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. cdaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cdaji immediately via the live support channel or by emailing [email protected].

All financial transactions on cdaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cdaji does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of cdaji.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered cdaji account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal, cdaji may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawals linked to bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5 and cannot be processed until those requirements have been met in full.

Anti-Money-Laundering

cdaji complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose. In such circumstances we may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the player.

cdaji periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional term and this general policy, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New cdaji players who meet eligibility criteria may qualify for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only. Players who have previously held a cdaji account — including under a different name or contact detail — are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses awarded by cdaji are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the wagering requirement. Games may contribute at different percentages — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not met within their validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• cdaji reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of any software or system error.

VIP Loyalty Cashback

Cashback awarded through the cdaji VIP program (Bronze 5%, Silver 10%, Gold 14%, Diamond 18%) is calculated on net losses over rolling 30-day periods. VIP cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to a single wagering requirement rollover before withdrawal. Seasonal Promotions

cdaji runs dedicated promotional campaigns tied to Bangladeshi calendar events including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and validity windows, which will be clearly communicated at the time each promotion is launched.

As a registered cdaji player you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the cdaji platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the cdaji platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to circumvent the integrity of cdaji's games or sportsbook markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the cdaji wallet for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in the cdaji platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses cdaji staff or other users via the live support channel or any other communication medium.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions — whether your own or another player's — through the creation of new accounts or use of alternative identities.

cdaji reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal player behaviour. During any such investigation cdaji may temporarily restrict account functionality including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. We will communicate the basis and expected timeline of any restriction to the affected player as promptly as is permitted by our compliance obligations.

All content published on the cdaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and the cdaji brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of cdaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cdaji platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any cdaji content in any medium without prior written consent from cdaji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the cdaji platform software.
• Use the cdaji name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation from cdaji.
• Frame or mirror the cdaji website on any other website or digital property.

Game content made available through the cdaji platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. cdaji makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content displayed on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of cdaji intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

cdaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where cdaji has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate in breach of the one-account policy.
• The player is or was under the age of 18 at any point during their use of the platform.
• A self-exclusion request has been received or triggered via the responsible gaming tools.
• cdaji is required to close the account in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their cdaji account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether by cdaji or by your own request — this Agreement remains in force with respect to any obligations that accrued prior to closure, including any outstanding payment disputes, KYC requirements, or investigations that were initiated before the closure date. cdaji's rights to pursue remedies for any breach of this Agreement are not extinguished by account closure.

cdaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, cdaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability, technical errors, or events beyond our reasonable control — including internet connectivity issues, power failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cdaji's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cdaji does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time this Agreement was entered into.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through cdaji's internal complaints procedure should be directed in writing to [email protected], with a description of the issue and the resolution sought. cdaji aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with cdaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cdaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
